What exactly is included in the Vault?
Three modules and 12 implementation files: four AEO/GEO audit files, three n8n workflow JSON files, a shared setup guide, three client delivery templates, and a getting-started guide. The v1.2 download also includes a quality companion with 111 local regression checks, a configuration checklist, sandbox acceptance cases, and a cost calculator.
Is this a course or a software subscription?
Neither. The Agency Vault is a downloadable implementation toolkit. You buy the files once, configure them for your environment, and use them in client delivery.
Do I need to know n8n?
You should be comfortable importing JSON, configuring API credentials, changing field mappings, and testing workflow logic. Familiarity with Make helps, but the included importable workflows are for n8n.
Can I use the systems for multiple clients?
Yes. The Vault includes unlimited client usage. You may customize the systems for client projects; you may not resell or redistribute the Vault as your own standalone product.
Do you provide implementation?
The Vault does not include done-for-you setup or client delivery. Your team is responsible for credentials, configuration, testing, deployment, and the scope agreed with your client.
What do AEO and GEO mean?
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) describe work to make information accessible, understandable, and useful to systems that generate answers. StemsStack uses an evidence-based AI-search audit to assess that work.
Does this guarantee ChatGPT rankings or citations?
No. Answers and citations can vary by question, model, location, and time. The audit records observations and improvement opportunities; it does not predict or guarantee rankings, citations, revenue, or client outcomes.
Are API credentials and software costs included?
No. Bring your own n8n environment and the accounts and API credentials required by each workflow. Hosting, third-party subscriptions, and API usage are separate costs.
How are corrections and updates handled?
The $29 purchase includes lifetime access to the original Vault and future corrections to purchased files. Agency Chat is already included for Vault owners. Do not buy the $19/month membership for the same access: it currently adds no distinct deliverable for a Vault owner.
What does Vault Updates include?
Today it includes access to Agency Chat, where you can ask setup and troubleshooting questions. That channel is shared with Agency Vault owners, so it is not a private one-to-one channel, and no response time is guaranteed. There is no scheduled monthly file release at present. Vault owners already have this access; a second purchase is unnecessary. No distinct paid add-on is currently offered on this website.
Can I cancel Vault Updates?
Yes. Manage the subscription through Whop. Cancelling does not remove your right to keep using the original Agency Vault you purchased. Review billing and cancellation details at checkout.
Who should not buy the Vault?
Complete beginners, people looking for done-for-you delivery, and anyone expecting guaranteed rankings or income should not buy it. The systems require technical judgment and client-specific testing.
